About

I’m a 20-year U.S. Army veteran with a proven record of success in human resources management, paralegal/legal services, and organizational development. My career in the JAG Corps refined my expertise in administrative law, compliance, and policy interpretation, while my HR leadership experience taught me how to build cultures that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. As an HR & Operations Manager, I’ve led large, complex organizations supporting more than 47,000 employees, driving improvements in compliance, policy enforcement, workforce development, and organizational performance. My journey began in legal and paralegal operations—where I learned the critical intersection between labor law, ethics, and human capital. Over time, my passion for developing people and building systems that support fairness and growth propelled me toward human resources management. I became a trusted advisor to senior leaders and legal counsel on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), labor relations, and employment law—helping organizations prevent issues before they escalate and resolve those that do with compassion and precision. As a Senior HR Manager, I led investigations and policy initiatives that cut case resolution times by 50%, and eliminated backlogs. I spearheaded compliance, training and Development, and DEI programs that improved policy adherence across multiple business units. My approach blends operational discipline with empathy—ensuring compliance while maintaining morale and trust. Talent development is another cornerstone of my leadership. I’ve mentored more than 200 employees into leadership roles, coached and advised 29 supervisors, and implemented programs that achieved 100% retention in several high-performing teams. My education supports this mission. I hold an A.S. in Paralegal Studies and am pursuing a B.S. in Human Resource Management (completion November 2025) from Colorado State University Global, with advanced coursework in Labor Relations, Employment Law, Organizational Development, and Global HR. Outside of work, I enjoy deep sea fishing, hiking, and smoking meats—activities that keep me grounded and connected to nature.
