Supervisor of Environmental Program, Waste Water Treatment plant, managing water quality, irrigation of fields, and a small team of technicians. Lead for ISO 14001, and required reporting for compliance requirements. Also responsible for all budgetary work, contactor management, etc in area.

Initially responsible for a production shift (KPI's, shift reports, production scheduling, incident handling and reporting), and a production area (scheduling, housekeeping inspections, health and safety inspections, etc) within the oilseed processing division. Reassigned to continuous improvement initiatives, and covered environmental health and safety file. While in the position applied for external funding and undertook some safety initiatives. Also spent some time working in the nutrition division (food packaging), responsible again for a production shift as well as all shipping and receiving on site.
Started position with an indepth review of the entire plant process. Later responsible for supervising a production shift and various projects as assigned.
Responsible for creating a calibration and periodic maintenance program for two quality assurance laboratories (both instruments and methods). Also involved in instrument troubleshooting and generating testing protocols.
Teaching various chemistry course lab components. For one semester, ran entire organic laboratory component covering a paternity leave.
