Customer education and enablement leader focused on helping users unlock real value from complex technology. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and learning—designing programs that turn complexity into clarity and users into confident, capable practitioners. I’ve enabled more than 8,500 professionals across enterprise platforms by building structured onboarding experiences, scalable learning programs, and engaging training content that drives adoption and long-term success. My work centers on a simple idea: great education doesn’t just inform—it activates. Recently, I’ve invested in a focused, full-time upskilling period focused on AWS and cybersecurity, deepening my capabilities in secure cloud design, IAM, network security, and modern architectural patterns. This builds on my MIT xPRO Cybersecurity certificate and my experience designing security-aware enablement content.
