While working as a Technical Consultant at Edge IT in Letchworth, I have been able to undertake a variety of exciting projects, from preparing the full IT infrastructure for multiple customer's new premises, to cloud migrations, to regular network and user equipment refreshes. For many of these projects I was able to lead the whole process, from initial scoping discussions, through sales, planning, implementation, documentation and ongoing support, which has given me a firm insight into all aspects of the project lifecycle process and helped to foster a close working relationship with our customers, built on trust and integrity.

Worked toward a level 3 Network Infrastructure Technician NVQ as part of an apprentice position providing technical support and training at Highover JMI School. In this role I have worked with standalone Windows machines, both desktops and laptops, worked extensively with ChromeOS and it's administration, have set up and administered a suite of virtual machines (running on Oracle VirtualBox) and other day-to-day activities such as basic printer administration.
