My passion lies in encouraging incremental learning through consistent engagement whether my roles have been in IB Education, Digital Design, as a Humanities Lecturer or in Academic Writing. • Established the ‘School to Industry’ initiative that brought Media companies to campus to interview and recruit students for their Internships. • Initiated and helped develop numerous Student Research projects on Sustainability using Digital Media in accordance with the Degree requirements of the Raffles College of Design and Commerce (Australia). Selected work was exhibited in the Art Gallery of Donghua University during the Design Week.
