We are self-performing the steel erection for this project. Churchill Downs - Phase I & II - Clubhouse Renovations / Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky - Wilhelm is performing the steel erection and miscellaneous steel package for this phased renovation to the Churchill Downs clubhouse, paddocks and canopy renovations. Cummins DBU Indy Headquarters / Cummins, Indianapolis, IN - Wilhelm served as construction manager for this 9-story corporate headquarters. Wilhelm also self-performed the steel erection and other miscellaneous steel components.
