-Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, and other relevant standards. -Lead internal audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. -Define, monitor, and report quality KPIs to management. -Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis for quality issues. -Ensure all departments follow documented procedures, policies, and quality standards. -Conduct awareness sessions and training for staff on QMS requirements. -Float RFQs ( Request for Quote) to Approved Vendors. -Responsible for product support and warranties, maintenance, and software contracts, as well as hardware purchases, and license information. -Research products and equipment; prepare product/equipment specifications. -Research websites/contact vendors to gather technical information and prices on supplies and equipment -Commercial negotiations (Tech./Comm. Clear Bidders) with Technically successful vendors -Following up Eng. documents till Closure, Stage ,Payment Processing for vendors. -Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery. -Vendor development and vendor evaluation in case of non-approved vendors. -Developing, implementing and driving the Procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets. -Ensuring commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the Procurement transaction. -Manage supplier development including assisting key suppliers towards QA. Support suppliers in reaching optimum quality and industrial standards of excellence. -Maintain IT asset records, manage software licenses, and oversee contract repositories. -Perform cost analysis, seek savings, and ensure alignment with budgets and strategic plans. -Handle the end-to-end procurement cycle. -Secure best pricing, terms, and conditions for hardware, software, and IT services. -IT Ticketing system administration , ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents.

-Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. -Install and configuration computer OS, software, networks, printers and scanners. -Investigating, diagnosing and solving technical software, hardware and network cabling issues related to computer, telephone, DVR or Camera system -Install, modify and repair computer hardware, replacing parts as required. -Managing printers and follow up printer problems with printer service company. -Install phone lines and network. -Solve all problems related to the network cabling and connectivity. -Respond to requests for technical assistance in person. -Research for solutions using available information resources, advise user on appropriate action. -Follow up internet connection problems with ISP and network team. -Follow up email problems with mail service provider
