I have held two positions within ISG. I started as the Quality & Systems Manager on a data centre project in Finland and through the expansion of the business I was promoted to the position of Head of Quality & Document Control for Europe. My 7 years at ISG have all been in the Hyperscale Data Centre sector and I have gained valuable experience in the fast paced environment from the “normal” QA/QC activities expanding into programme control, Commissioning management alongside the Commissioning manager and reporting on KPI’s related to both the commissioning process and the performance of the project and its stakeholders Main duties include the management of the end to end quality including: • Initial tender stage – Reviewing and managing the client’s requirements and expectations • Onboarding of CSA and MEP contractors – Establishing, reviewing, managing and auditing project quality plans and inspection & test plans • Establishing the Commissioning requirements for the tagging process with the Commissioning Manager and taking lead on the reporting of Commissioning Progress at monthly client Commissioning meeting • The development and Management of the ISG Company Management Systems across the 3 main standards (quality, Health & Safety and Environmental), • Managing all project related Quality and documentation requirements for all European projects. Currently managing a team of 4 QA and Doc Control personnel. • Management of the Operational & Maintenance, client training and handover process for all projects. There is a functional aspect to the role managing all aspects of quality management and control on the projects including the control of quality documentation issued from both trade contractors and the ISG project management teams

The role encompasses the management of Health, Safety and Welfare system including risk management and control, the Environmental System including the identification, management and control of environmental aspects and their associated impacts and the Quality Systems ensuring the appropriate management systems are in place to enable the concession company’s to manage the finance, design, construction and operation of their facilities
