I've spent the last few years going deep on AI. Not as a researcher or a developer, but as a business operator who got completely obsessed with it. I work with Claude every day. I use Claude Code to build workflows and automation, and I've applied AI tools across my own short-term rental business. I build things, break them, figure out why, and keep going. What I have that most AI people don't is 25+ years of running actual businesses. I've owned a cafe, managed a rental portfolio in Austria, coordinated supply chains between Australia and China, and spent years across hospitality, tech retail and events. I know what it's like to be the owner making decisions at 11pm with no one to ask. Right now I'm focused on helping small businesses actually use AI, not just read about it.
