About

I am a highly accomplished bioprocess engineer with over a decade of experience in upstream process development. I transfer microbial upstream processes from lab scale to production scales up to 15'000L in GMP facilities. Both a team player and inspirational leader, I am experienced in delivering multi-tasked projects within tight time-lines in cross-functional environments requiring extensive communications, strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills. I am an innovative, analytical and insightful critical thinker with excellent interpersonal skills. Outside of work, I like to play football and enjoy time with my family. I love to make music and I am a double-bass player in an amateur symphony orchestra. As I'm married to an Indonesian from Medan, with two children, we love to travel around South East Asia and explore the region.
