I'm a purpose-driven business strategist and operations manager with 10+ years of leadership experience and an MBA in Sustainable Business (cum laude). I help organizations align values with vision—bringing clarity to strategy, structure to operations, and impact to outcomes. My work sits at the intersection of operational strategy and business development. I’ve led a certified B Corp agency, and worked with diverse teams on initiatives that prioritize people and the planet. My strengths lie in translating complex challenges into actionable strategies. I care about collaboration, long-term thinking, and designing structures and systems that support sustainable growth. Current role: Regional Lead at MyWheels, responsible for strategy, commercial performance, operations, and relationships with municipalities and other stakeholders in Central Netherlands.
MyWheels is the Netherlands' largest electric car-sharing platform, making shared mobility accessible to everyone with a car always within walking distance. We offer all the convenience of having a car, without having to own one, which is not only financially attractive but also better for the planet and for creating more liveable cities. We are also pushing boundaries with Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology: a bidirectional charging system that transforms our electric shared cars into active contributors to the energy grid. Rather than simply consuming electricity, our vehicles can feed power back into the grid thereby reducing congestion at critical moments. As Regional Lead, I drive regional strategy, commercial performance, and day-to-day operations, while building and maintaining strong relationships with municipalities and key stakeholders across Central Netherlands.
Co-founded Multitude, a creative digital agency and certified B Corp committed to helping impact-driven organizations build a society that puts people and planet first. Over nearly a decade, I helped shape the agency’s direction and culture while collaborating with a range of mission-aligned clients—from climate investors and sustainable banks to organic supermarket chains. Currently involved in a part-time, remote role at Multitude with strategic financial focus, contributing to the firm's growth through financial outlooks and reports.
As managing director, I balanced client work with leadership of the agency’s operations and growth. My responsibilities spanned corporate strategy, business development, financial oversight, and people management. I worked closely with our team to align values with delivery, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure our organizational practices reflected our commitment to sustainability and equity.
De Rode Leeuw offers a Dutch language program for Dutch and Belgian children in Beijing and operates as a recognized international school within the Dutch Education Abroad network (Stichting NOB). The school is subject to inspection by the Dutch Ministry of Education to ensure continued curricular quality. As Chairman of the Board, I was responsible for defining the school’s vision and long-term strategy. I oversaw the performance of both the board and the school director, ensured regulatory compliance, and led financial planning and oversight. My role also involved stakeholder engagement and guiding the organization through key transitions while maintaining a focus on educational quality and community impact.
The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Accelerator is a global program designed for founders of businesses. It offers structured learning, mentorship, and peer accountability to assist entrepreneurs scale their companies. I engaged in quarterly learning events focused on strategy, people, execution, and cash, and I also took part in monthly accountability groups together with fellow entrepreneurs.

The project supported Fairphone’s mission by translating ethical technology into an accessible and engaging digital experience.
