As Managing Director and Owner of Local Medics and Ambulance Service Ltd (Previously known as Local Event Medics (UK) Ltd), my day to day role involved running the operations of the company, completing event plans, contracts with staff and clients, scheduling staff and preparing equipment for deployments.
As the United Kingdom based scorer for the Netherlands Women's cricket team, I travel to their Division 3 ECB County Championship and ECB T20 tournament games as their official scorer. This involves arriving at the grounds at the same time as the team, working with the opposition scorer and a team of 2 umpires to ensure the smooth running and recording of the match, displaying the current state of the game on the scoreboard, and answering questions from the players and coaches from both sides.
Working for ProMed as the Operations Manager. Within this role I interacting with clients both new and those who had used ProMed before. Was desponsible for answering emails and phone calls, looking after operational staff, compiling the staff rota, looking after and ensuring the correct kit is in place when needed. As well as checking on staff compliance and also being a operational Emergency Medical Technician and worked events and film sets ProMed covered
I worked for LMS as a Self-Employed Sub-Contractor in the roles of ACA & ECA. Working predominately on the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Ambulances (1257 hours in 2 years) and then also on events (400 hours in 2 years). I also lead small event teams - including on a 3 day festival - for the company and would also help the Operations Manager with some Administration roles.
