Lead and manage our EMEA Client Service team based in Lausanne, Cork and Nijmegen. Provide and ensure high quality support to our EMEA and WW employees -Level 1,2,3 PC, Mac, tablets, smartphone. -Level 1,2 Printers, standard applications. -Level 1 ERP (oracle), BI, Customer Support, Finance. Ensure tickets follow up, priorities, escalations, respect of SLA and accuracy of our documents and databases. Improve our process, policies and best practices to optimize the communication between IT and other departments for which, we provide support. Coordination with other WW IT teams to implement new standards, services and tools. Testing solutions and technologies to optimize costs and drive the company to the future innovations. Keep a positive working environment to develop team spirit, motivation,mutual help and cooperation within the team.
Find solutions, alternative and process to implement Self-Support. Multi-platform and BYOD orientation. Share and communicate IT information to employee. Training and Workshop for employees.
Project of ASCII – EBCDIC conversion table for mainfraime. Due to a wrong characters conversion between client and DB2 (OS/390) a conversion table should be created.
