I am currently managing their Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh Region, with 4 Stores in each region with an area of 61964 sq.ft and 35000 sq.ft respectively. My Mandate:- To build an unparalleled Operation with Outstanding Customer service and ensure that every store is a Profit generating store. Business targeted annually 90 Crores. Currently generating average monthly revenue of 7 Crores with significant margins across all product categories Formulated and implemented new operational parameters thereby reducing operational costs. Rebuilt inventory management by constant focus on Top 10 selling SKU's in each category and ensuring the availability of the same. Obsolete and End of life stock clearance and management including the warehouse. High Coordination with cross departments to ensure that the Store operations do not stagger or hinder.
