About

I have enjoyed spending 12+ years in the field of Real Estate Strategy & Market Analysis. My responsibilities have consisted of selecting over 500 new retail store sites, accurately forecasting sales, managing the real estate portfolio, completing actionable research projects, and presenting my findings to senior management. Fortunately, I have been able to hold positions that have allowed me to both lead and be a supporting player on several cross-functional teams in a way that ensures teamwork and optimal results. It has been my experience that developing trusted relationships with internal business units as well as external team members is critical to team success.
