Managed to optimize the rate of production and installation by 3 through alternative subcontractors and factories to make the final planning target realistic.

    -Assistant Site Super/Safety adviser assigned to a large scale residential project. Managing the progress of the construction through different stages -The whole structural phase: Supervised construction teams, iron workers and the general manpower. Day to day overview of the whole site focused on planning and quality, lead the weekly safety walk, ensured the implementation of safety procedure, risk analysis. Reported directly to the site superintendent. -The finishing works of 2 offices building: Successfully supervised the finishing subcontractors (drywall, electrical plumbing heating services, plaster, false ceiling, false floor, paints, cleaning), corrected the prior-delivery architect’s remarks and allowed the occupancy of the building on time. -The Façade works of the tower site: Successfully supervised the implantation and dismantling of scaffolding but also and especially of 14 masts work platforms and 3 building site lifts in collaboration with the worldwide subcontractor ALIMAK HEK. Managed the works of every façade subcontractors (nature stones, frames and windows, façade coating, balcony railing, terrace floors,...) focused on quality, planning and safety aspects. -The Wellness area : Successfully oversaw the highly detailed and specific works of the wellness area, millimeter precise implantation of the edge of an infinity pool, millimeter precise implantation and calibration of every surface with mosaic, organized the different phases of the pose of the vapor barrier envelope. Supervised all the subcontractors. Reviewed with a detail oriented mind, every architects plans and details. -Simultaneously logistic manager for the tower site : Successfully managed the crane schedule and the lift schedule. Effectively dispatched the trucks/ deliveries to avoid congestion on the streets and in the building site area. Defined storage area for every subcontractors in a really confined building site environment.
