• Custodial Manager (June 2003-Present) Manage 6 Building Supervisors and 28 employees. Standardized cleaning procedures, including chemicals, equipment and custodial expectations, throughout the District. Procurement of custodial and maintenance supplies annually. Manage IPM program. Implement and update annually, Right-To-Know program. Workload each site and schedule custodians. Evaluate custodians’ performance for safety and proper technique. Perform minor repairs on equipment. Monitor and staff District building usage by outside groups, and bill accordingly. Respond to Security and Fire troubles and alarms. Responsible for all district mail and courier services. Schedule moves. Monitor and maintain Compass Security System and Pro Watch access control system. Primary contact for circuit rider who maintains drinking water system.
• Lead Custodian Collegeville Campus (April 2001-May 2002) Develop and implement new work schedules for reinstated proprietary custodial staff. Trained custodians in a variety of cleaning techniques and proper use of electric and battery operated equipment. Introduced team cleaning to new campus. Responsible for the daily cleanliness of entire Collegeville Corporate Site.
• Service Worker Radnor, PA (September 1995-November 1999) Packaged and disposed of biohazard waste from research labs. Stripped and waxed resilient tile floors. Extracted and bonneted carpets. Restored and burnished tile floors on an as needed basis. Performed general cleaning chores. Upgraded to night leader, responsible for twelve-man crew to give out and follow up on job assignments.
