Once the business was re-aligned with Faiveley global structure expectations I was then promoted to the bigger job of Director of Global Product Line – Infrastructure and effectively the MD position then became a unit Operations Management role. Managing Director directing all aspects relating to business development, full P & L responsibility and accounts management while assuring full compliance with safety objectives, UK legislation, regulatory matters, and SOX regulations.
