I hold A Diploma in Theology from Mater Dei Institute and an Honours Arts Degree from UCD in Philosophy and Classics with German as a minor 1st Year subject. On Graduation, I joined VHI healthcare where my Customer Service strengths were brought to fruition. I have held various positions in VHI to date: Customer Service agent/Team lead. Training and development, Credit Management/Reconciliation. I am currently working as part of the Central Test Team within VHI Healthcare. This involves the end to end testing and downstream testing of internal systems. My previous knowledge of the business and its systems have proven to be invaluable in this role. I am hardworking, well organised, competent with excellent communication skills.
I was deployed to the training and development team within VHI. Part of this involves working at project level on areas of relevance as they arise.
