Conceptual & Basic Design of 1 800 m² of cleanrooms + 1 800 m² technical area : o New aseptic filling line with lyo for small batches o New Pilot Plant Upstream at a scale of 500 l cell culture bioreactor, and Downstream (recovery, purification) o Extension of QC laboratories (sterility testing and environmental testing) Technical coordination (all disciplines) with EPCM and internal teams, decision on key technical matters Key support for scheduling and budgeting the project for next phase (working as a contractor for Agap2) Neuchâtel site is a leader facility for biotechnological production from cell culture, developing and manufacturing hemophilia & Von Willebrandt treatments.
Site Masterplan, Detailed Design and Construction of manufacturing facility in Europe for Cell & Gene Therapy products (CAR-T Kymriah against leukemia) : - Segregation of the site from LFB Biomedicaments Black & Clean Utilities, networks, IT, automation, access - Detailed Design of the site for production ramp-up Process equipment, gowning, GMP zoning, Utilities (HVAC, CO2, compressed air, LN2), Quality Control, Microbio lab & Environmental Monitoring, Cryo-conservation, Biowaste decontamination, R&D, Training, Offices, Warehouse & Logistics (ambient, cold, freeze), Roads, Parking, Landscape, CCTV - Technical Coordination of a team of lead experts Electrical, HVAC & Building services, Process, Commissionning & Qualification, Automation, IT - Construction management of new building & large revamping of existing areas while ensuring business continuity, in a tight schedule
- Planning, quoting and managing Development Projects within an Engineering Department of 10 people, -> Enlarging the range of products for a better positioning : quenching furnaces, rotomoulding, slush moulding, ... - Organization and animation of work-groups for mechanical, aeraulic and thermal strengthening of products -> Various topics of continuous improvement to enhance the reliability of the product range - Support for the design, manufacturing and on-site installation to ensure a smooth conduction of awarded projects -> Interface to centralize feedbacks ; technical analysis and solutions ; concrete actions such as design review, management of deviations, specific tools, ... - Autonomous and rigorous position, requiring great flexibility and adaptation in a SME context -> Project management, with solid technical background and skills in studies, CAD, CFD
