Business partnering & management: Providing high-quality financial support to a wide range of stakeholders. Performance management & control: Regular review of KPIs and performance against budgets and targets. Forecasting & planning: Monthly, half-yearly and annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Month End: Responsible for the Finance Department and the delivery of accurate appropriate accounts information in line with company & statutory requirements. Management experience: Monitoring day to day financial operations and work of 10 direct and indirect reports of varying levels of career and academic progression.
Month-end: Monthly preparation and review of P&L and balance sheet reconciliations. Reporting & analysis: Regular and ad-hoc reporting, forecasting rental branches performance, and variance analysis. Accounts receivable: Continuous monitoring and receipting of receivables for the group. Business Partner: Monthly branch visits to train teams’ basic financial skills and review their monthly targets and performance. Management experience: Monitoring day to day financial operations and work of 3 direct reports of varying levels of career and academic progression.
