Loadsure is an innovative digital insurance platform redefining how cargo risk is managed across the global supply chain, serving shippers, freight brokers, and transportation companies through a direct-to-consumer insurance portal, embedded TMS platform integrations, and AI-driven automation. I transitioned the marketing center of excellence from the UK to the US, leading the company's global strategy across brand, growth marketing, demand generation, and partnership marketing, aligning with product, distribution, and revenue priorities.
Cover Whale is a technology-driven commercial transportation insurance platform integrating telematics, AI, and driver safety programs to reduce risk and protect lives on America's roads. As the architect of the marketing function, I embedded it into the company's go-to-market engine, establishing a distinctive brand, designing full-funnel growth programs, and integrating marketing tightly with sales, product, and data to support rapid scale in a regulated, high-stakes market. Through multi-channel demand generation and customer activation strategies, I contributed to $47 million in new business growth at a 3,700%+ return on investment, while growing the company's share of industry voice from 4% to 60%.
NEXT Insurance is a fully digital platform providing fast, affordable small-business insurance. Following NEXT's acquisition of AP Intego, I transitioned into a leadership role focused on partnership marketing, leading brand and marketing integration, unifying partner and agent communications, and building programs to activate distribution partners across the funnel. My work supported both growth and operational alignment during a critical post-acquisition period.
AP Intego was a digital insurance company combining a national agency platform with embedded distribution partnerships across small-business SaaS ecosystems, including Intuit QuickBooks, Square, Gusto, Toast, Clover and payroll integration platforms. I established and scaled the marketing function from the ground up, strengthening the brand, deepening partner activation, and expanding customer engagement as the company evolved into a multi-line provider, played a central role in driving growth and positioning the company for a successful acquisition by NEXT Insurance.
