As of October 2019 I will be looking for new opportunities in the Asia region. With over 48 years experience in all aspects of theme parks and themes environments And casino projects around Asia and around the world with a back ground in design for for large fast track project I now specializes in themed design and fit out of large theme parks casinos/hotels projects in Asia and the rest of the world. I have a full understanding of the manufacturer and installation of all materials for themed facades, with over 19 years of experience locally within the Asia region, with particularly experienced in delivering large scale projects which are fast track and complex. I have developed considerable manufacturing and quality control expertise in Hong Kong, China, and the Asia region with a wide spectrum of projects including Ocean Park Hong Kong Disneyland Hong Kong, Disneyland Shanghai Venetian Macau and the Philippines and has played a major part of the design development team as well as the selection of contractors and fabrication methodology, through to deliver on site and installation. After working for many years with the design and production of themed facades in the Asia region I have now set up my own consultancy company Architectural Solutions Asia Ltd. We act as consultants and contractors for themed facades and environments. We working with the architect at an early stage of projects to identify methodologies of construction. We also work with contractors with the capacity to tender for the works to help them tender very complicated themed design so they understand the problems before they happen and also find solutions that not only save time but money as well. We can help right from the tender to awarded with the main contractor with the design of the themed facades or environments, so that at an early stage to help to identify methodologies of construction materials and specifications as well as potential subcontractors for the works. We can also recommend specialist suppliers for the models moulds and production for the projects, with the capacity to manufacture to the highest standards. This assistance in the early stages of the design is fundamental to the success of all projects and the direction that needs to be taken and the facilities needed to make the project a success and to work with the contractor in developing systems for quality control standards which the client required. We also have the capacity to set up small teams to supervise the MSD/PSD/CSD as well as the QA?QC for the production of GRC-FRP-GRG and on site with a specialist site teams for the installation of the themed facades. Having Just finished the New Panda house at Ocen Park we are now starting the Themed rockwork for The New Grand Aquarium and Aqua City projects at Ocean Park HK. Also we have projets in Singapore on Sentosa The Grand Mountain over 34,000 m2 of themed rockwork as well as projects on the Hardrock Cafe and Maxum's Hotel
