With over thirty years experience in a variety of professions from animal husbandry, medical laboratory science, QA / QC in the world’s largest drinks company, through to local community development - I am a flexible, adaptable and inquisitive individual who enjoys innovation, improving efficiency and service provision, and developing the skills base of colleagues in any role that I have occupied. My primary passion is investing in people and, alongside my technical background and a customer-centric bias, I have maintained a strong focus on development and coaching throughout my professional career – having been a mentor, team leader, qualified skills trainer and assessor, and coach in various roles.
