These are, at their heart, programs—and they’ve deepened my passion for strategic ops, enablement, and people-centered systems design. Strategic Leadership at Amazon Ads: - Headed a dynamic SWAT team tasked with recruiting Director- and Principal-level Product Management and Senior IC Engineering roles for a confidential Amazon Ads search, reporting directly to the SVP as a key S-team member. Transformational Interview Process Overhaul: - Successfully revamped a struggling interview process, initially resulting in a 50% interview-to-offer ratio and falling short of Q2 goals. By prioritizing interview quality in earlier stages, achieved an impressive 33% increase in the interview-to-offer ratio (83%) and met year-end hiring objectives. Architected Agency Strategy: - Developed a robust agency strategy to support the Amazon Ads organization in fulfilling over 900 open roles in 2021, ensuring a strategic and scalable approach to talent acquisition. Holistic Talent Management: - Managed 30 requisitions across 5 organizations, interfacing with one VP and 4 Directors.
