Generated the Build Strategy and Engineering schedules for the 7000 tonne forward hull block • Played a key role in the ACA Planning Team and integrated the VT scope within the overall ACA programme • Instigated project control systems that allowed reporting to both the Internal and ACA requirements using a combination MARs Planning and COBRA EVM reporting. • Developed Detail Project Control systems using the Tribon CAD (Computer Aided Design) to automatically record progress.
