Provide oversight and guidance for the Inflight Training, Inflight Design, and Inflight Standards teams at PSA Airlines. We are responsible for the development and facilitation of front-facing Flight Attendant and Inflight staff training programs. Act as the Safety and Regulatory primary point person in relation to Inflight Services while supporting the overall Inflight Services organization and its five (5) crew domiciles.

Provided Program and Project Management for the National Airspace Systems (NAS) Integration Systems Contract (NISC III) supporting the Department of Transportation (DOT), and helped continue the successful reach-back program for cross-utilization of corporate wide resources with the Specialized Security Training (SST900) contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Daily responsibilities included direct management and oversight of: • Production teams for individual Task Orders (e.g. Instructional Systems Designers, 3D Animators, Graphic Artists, Videographers, Programmers, Psychometricians, and Technical Editors); • Risk management, contract compliance, cost estimating; • Supply chain management; • Project schedules, performance and cost requirements; • Mitigation and resolution of escalated issues; • Maintenance of healthy, positive interactions with customers; • FAA and DHS Public Trust clearances.
