I am an Agriculture industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in sales of seed, microbials, nutritional (crop & livestock) and chemistry products; with significant experience in leadership and brand development. In addition, I have helped launch a multitude of new Ag Industry technologies, by developing business execution plans that drive and improve profit. I have also done consulting projects in most of these same areas of business, with a steadfast commitment to building relationships. I work on building trust with the clients of organizations and fostering connections that drive synergy, growth and success for the farmer/customer and the employees of a company, the company and its owners. As a co-founder and a farmer/landowner myself, I focus on cutting through the noise and nonsense to build a portfolio of programs that create true value for farmers. Creating true value for the farmer and for the food consumer is the future of Ag innovation today.
