I am a husband, father, disciple, and singer-songwriter/worship leader. I believe in people over paper - mission over politics - principle over form. I believe that the bride of Christ (The Church) should always precede artistic ambition, that being said I believe beauty and art are extremely important. Beauty and art are the dialect of God. So I spend my entire life Loving God, loving people, and striving to create things that are beautiful. I got my PHD in adapting, I like to anticipate the needs of people, and I have worked on every side of the production, producer, and artist side of the music industry - so I’m pretty good making 50 steps more like 5. I take pride in my work, I don’t sacrifice quality because I believe this life is a gift and my abilities are a gift…. And simply, what I do with my abilities is my gift back to God. I am a creative who understands timelines, communication, and discipline… basically how to get stuff done.
I work as a worship leader and a consultant for the diocese of Dallas youth young adult and campus ministry department, formally known as OYYACM. As of 2020, I also serve as the Broadcast Musician for the televised Mass.
I write and record original music for my church and community. I also travel playing my music for a variety of people and events. Writing and scoring sound tracks for film is a new skill that I offer.
I am in charge of music for the 7:30pm Sunday mass and am tasked with writing new melodies to coming prayers and creating new resources for the church.
