Earth Trust helps nature and people thrive through our green spaces. As Director of Operations I work with our incredible staff team, volunteers, supporters and stakeholders to help us work even better. That involves what we do about our visitor spaces, volunteering, systems, processes, education activities, public programming, IT and admin as well as construction and infrastructure projects.

Maternity cover contract. Supporting the team to break the cycle of homelessness. Our team helps the House engage, grow and diversify its community to increase its impact, income and influence. We shape the membership offer, communication strategy and income generation to curate a space that delivers meaningful change.
Maternity cover contract. Working with the team to make sure £40m endowment funds global research that delivers targeted treatments for PTEN hamartoma tumour syndrome (PHTS) by 2028. They funded academic and clinical research projects, providing support for building networks between clinicians, researchers, corporate partners and patients My role within the charitable foundation was to lead and manage the operations - making sure its using its resources effectively, that the grant funding processes are working and we had the highest levels of governance to support the mission.
Help the Board, officers and staff do some great things for students at Goldsmiths. Responsible for the day to day operations of the charity. The team manages delivery across areas including commercial development in a bar and shop, to membership services and the activities to deliver networks. These are done through developing an evidence-base, appropriate plan and the right reporting of projects and programmes to ensure strong governance. Take the organisational lead on issues from HR and people to legal and project planning.
