My main focus is looking for an opportunity to work in the computer I.T field where I can demonstrate the skills that I have learned while, attending ITT- Technical Institute. Though I have limited experience in working in I.T
I was Imaging and Encrypting PCs, Laptops, and keeping an accurate inventory for IU Health while working for CloudBlue/Ingram Micro.
Currently, I work with maintaining customer satistaction by keeping an accurate inventory of customer products. and preping customer units that would come in. Once the unit arrives at Ingram Micro, we would open up the package to see if the unit has any physical damage. If the unit has any physical damage, we would send it to our repair department to get it repaired. If the unit comes back to us without any physical damage, we would put it through our data erasing/ testing process. Once that is completed, we would use a USB flash drive that would have the recommened image that our customer has requested for. The final step once the imaging process is complete, is enter the data information to complete the process. When everything is finished, we would then put the unit back into our inventory to re-sale back to the customer.
