Overseeing NES Fircroft's operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait, delivering multiple P&L's with overall responsibility for 100+ staff based in Dhahran, Riyadh, Manama & Ahmadi. Responsible for shaping and driving strategy, promoting best practice, and maintaining / developing key business relationships, whilst ensuring NES Fircroft is recognised by our clients as the partner of choice.
Overseeing NES Fircroft's operations in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Responsible for 60+ staff based in Doha, Dhahran, Riyadh & Manama. Other responsibilities include: Ensuring the operations are fully compliant with both international and locals laws. Identifying new staff to assist with growth of the operations. Managing a multi national team to deliver on individual and office KPI's. Managing in country logistics team for visa, accommodation and transport solutions. Business development with international/national oil and gas operating companies in order to secure new business for NES in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. Providing bespoke recruitment solutions for specific clients. Negotiating commercial terms & conditions. Formulating tenders and commercial proposals for international/national oil & gas clients. Managing monthly cost of sales and profit and loss records. Formulation of annual budget and forecasting of sales activity and results. Conducting annual appraisals and formulating training/coaching requirements.
