I actively participated in planning and executing a visit by Executive Directors from two Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises last year. To ensure the visit proceeded smoothly, I had to be adaptive to any situation and responsively formulate alternative plans. Additionally, I served as a translator.
I worked as a working student at Maki Maki Sushi Green for more than a year and a half. From this working experience I gained invaluable knowledge in areas such as food safety, food preparation, restaurant management, and teamwork. Working at Maki Maki Sushi Green provided me with opportunities to showcase my creativity (ex: creating Easter Menu). During peak hours, I effectively managed orders, ensuring prompt service and accurate delivery based on the customer's location. My time at Maki Maki Sushi Green was highly cherished, offering me insights into the world of gastronomy.
I undertook the responsibility of conducting market research and generating market reports for potential exporters from Indonesia. Additionally, I was tasked with creating content and maintaining social media platforms. Throughout this internship, I acquired valuable insights into trade data, international commodity trade (both export and import), and pertinent international regulations, particularly those related to spices, electronics, and other raw materials, with a specific focus on EU regulations.
