Key Achievements: • Research lead on quasi experimental studies on the state of protection of criminal justice systems towards violence against women and children (VAWC) in the following countries: Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia, Bolivia. • Co-responsible of program's impact evaluation on justice system strenghtening against Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) in the Dominican Republic. • Co-responsible of program design in Colombia and Peru • Co-responsible for regional implementation of the MERL processes within the Justice Data Solution's System • Coaching of country MERL specialists, for quality assurance and continuous improvement of the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning processes. • In partnership with the Government, IJM implemented real-time diagnoses with indicators presented visually and intuitively that allow justice institutions in Guatemala to expand the opportunities to make the investigation and criminal prosecution more effective and efficient for the victims. The Public Justice System is seeing itself as never before. • Thanks to an investment on information intelligence, we were able to demonstrate with evidence-based data, the impact of a 12-year program, making real one of the goals of our organization's vision for 2030.
