Project management prime coordinating the back office with field installation and commissioning of UMTS and LTE RAN equipment (BBU, RRU AAU), GSM BSCs, cell site cut-over between RNCs, drive testing, antenna tilts and performance monitoring. Software upgrades using Citrix and OSS, and working with cross-functional teams, including real estate, planning and operations, to deliver infrastructure augmentations and create business value.

Configured and installed HP 2500 series and HP Procurve series switches deployed within an MPLS core network, and configured stacking technology in network head-end switches deployed in risers and data centers also consisting of Nortel and Cisco Nexus 7000 (N7K) series. Documented an IP addressing scheme for future reference and produced heat maps to ascertain Wi-Fi connectivity. Performed software updates and upgrades on GSM networks across sub-Saharan Africa using Ericsson Remote Support Gateway (RSG). Worked as company-customer interface for software updates and upgrades management on WCDMA/ UMTS Network nodes. Monitored and collected network performance statistics. Statistics were used to bid for and win more business within the region. Successfully developed and implemented a regional software update plan for customers in Sub-Saharan Africa which helped improve software upgrade process, reduce downtime and operational cost.
