Daryll Ng is the managing partner of Stephenson Harwood's Singapore office and a partner at Virtus Law. Daryll specialises in maritime and commercial dispute resolution. With almost 30 years of experience, he supports a diverse range of clients, including vessel owners, insurers, shipyards, and financial institutions. He is qualified in Singapore and the UK, allowing him to offer comprehensive legal solutions, whether in court, arbitration or mediation. Daryll's practice encompasses a wide array of services, from advising on charterparties, port and cargo issues, vessel underperformance, shipbuilding contracts, supply agreements, war risks, and any matter relating to the maritime sector, ranging from pre-litigation/arbitration issues to trials and appeals as well as arbitration hearings.
