• A Quality Safety and Environmental Manager for Western Europe Coca-Cola Technical and working closely with numerous German bottling plants on driving the execution of our QSE strategies to protect and enhance TCCC resources, assets, trademarks & corporate reputation. • Professional accomplishments are Subject Matter Expert in Manufacturing & Packaging Quality with expertise mainly in supplier Audits (suppliers manufacturing sites), packaging innovation and new launches quality support and packaging quality testing and troubleshooting (PET, Cans, Glass and closures). • Leading and ensuring the successful go-live of a new Quality Lab in Asia Pacific as an on-site consultant for the project and as a knowledge sharing advisor, the development of new and improved Quality IT-infrastructures and the training and supervision of junior resources. • Fluent in English, Dutch and Chinese, good knowledge of French and German
Support the new products / packages launches - Provide quality advice for Europe-wide innovation projects - Ensure new supplier manufacturing sites are audited and authorised - Initiate regular reviews to ensure new packaging introductions are delivered to the market according to the policy and plans Run Supplier Audits & coordinate the Europe Supplier Audit program - Define the audit plan based on a risk level evaluation and monitor its execution - Perform Supplier Audits - Develop audit reports with recommendations of improvement and corrective actions - Calculate quarterly Audit related KPIs for European Business Units Review the packaging authorization documentation in collaboration with the different SMEs and the packaging laboratory - Review the current PET Blowing process and give input from an European point of view towards the global team Enhance and ensure the Packaging Lab efficiency from a sample & data management point of view - Lead the design and maintenance of new IT infrastructure - Provide Training and support on the use and functionalities of the new systems - Monitor the implementation of the company’s global Food Safety guidelines at the suppliers

As well developing innovative, including risk-based quality risks to assist in the realization of all new and existing business opportunities • Relationships & Networking and influencing abilities with internal and external multiple teams. Actively engages with key partners in the development and commercialization process. Liaise with BU functions, bottlers, and contract packers in the delivery of Quality, Safety and Environment goals. • As well Organizational Skills to manage indirect teams, organizing priorities and guiding it to the identified goal with monthly input and direction from stake holders.
