Ensure availability of adequate Raw material stock and raise and share Purchase Orders on time with suppliers. Manage inventory properly and follow up on all Quality- related issues. Analyze Raw material delays by allocated suppliers and Schedule delivery meetings with suppliers. Provide accurate, timely & complete data on procurement and collaborate with the plant connect team to manage Deliveries. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Look after all the price and costing issues and Coordinate with the finance team to ensure relevant payments. Addressing all escalated production-related issues Follow up all Logistic and commercial processes. Engage in the ongoing internal operational activities and implement new ProjectsPROJECTS RELATED TO SUPPLY CHAIN AND PROCUREMENT • Kaizen to reduce the Downgraded RAW receiving and get the cost from the supplier • Kaizen to Implement new logistic plan to reduce the transport cost. • Implement Poly bag removing sustainability processes to the NIKE Thread • Implement Thread Consumption Minimization Project • Implement a Cost reduction way to the Regular RAW Materials • Project to re-use and re-sell the Raw materials. • Implement new System software to record day to day Wright OFF. • Implement a project to identify the reason Dashboard for Employee Turn

Tasks Facilitate the sourcing of Raw Materials (Mainly Thread) for NIKE customer orders and ensure that the correct quantity of raw materials is in-house in a timely manner in order to facilitate the production process whilst supporting Other Departments
