I worked my way up from Change Coordinator to Change Manager. I oversee changes for our client to make sure they meet our client's standards. I also represent changes on daily CAB calls. Duties include but not limited to: • Ensures projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. • Assists change coordinators reviewing and entering change requests into Remedy. • Attends weekly Change Management calls to review processes and discuss how to make current processes better. • Provides input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. • Identifies, analyzes and prepares risk mitigation and backout plans. • Works closely with managers and supervisors on special projects and supplying change data. • Tracks and reports issues such as successful or failed changes. • Defines and measures success metrics and monitor change progress. • Support change management at the organizational level.
I wrote the script for the Sports-Dramedy "Streetball: Game Over." I am promoting the movie on various Social Media Sites
I do clean/Christian comedy. I have opened for Vickie Winans, Marcus D. Wiley, Luther Barnes, Dewayne Woods, and many others. My business partner and I put on one of the largest comedy shows in Raleigh, NC at Dorton Arena with Comedienne Chocolate, John Gray and four other comedians.
