Darryl is developing a broad practice in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented and advised clients in a diverse range of matters, including international arbitration, arbitration-related court proceedings, shareholders’ disputes, civil disputes involving claims for breaches of contract and confidence, as well as criminal matters. Darryl was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2023. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University in 2022 and was placed on the Dean’s List numerous times throughout his academic years. Darryl also represented the university in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where Darryl’s team was a world championship finalist and won multiple memorial prizes.
Assisted Associate Professor of Law (Practice) Darius Chan with research in the area of arbitration, and his amicus curiae appearance in Anupam Mittal v Westbridge Ventures II Investment Holdings concerning the law governing the issue of arbitrability.
