Project Title: Antimicrobial Resistance Profile of Specific Bacteria Isolated From Local Farms Conducted Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST) by disk diffusion for routine samples (Diagnostic work) Conducted AST by broth microdilution using Sensititre plates for antimicrobial surveillance in local farms
Led a team of 3 to plan squadron's training and operations. Coordinated with both external and internal units for logistics planning. Project Title: Molecular Characterization of Carbapenem Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii Conducted physical (Efflux pump studies) and molecular (DNA extraction, PCR and gel electrophoresis) experiments on clinical samples, followed by data collection and analysis.
