Experienced Finance leader with a history of success developing teams, policies, systems and processes to scale and sustain exponential global growth, from early stage startup to IPO and beyond. Over 17 years of experience in public accounting and the technology industry. As the Chief Accounting Officer at Yext, I’m responsible for all financial operations, accounting, reporting, tax, investor relations, revenue operations/deal desk, and finance system implementations. I joined Yext in 2015 to build out the accounting and finance organization in preparation for the IPO in 2017. Currently focused on continuing to grow the business and develop our next generation of leaders.
• Advised clients, both private equity and strategic, on assessing working capital targets, cash flow forecasting, SEC reporting, and GAAP accounting • Identified quality of earnings and other adjustments that enabled clients to negotiate purchase price reductions • Prepared and interpreted complex financial analyses to understand business drivers of target companies • Presented findings to senior management of targets, bidders and clients • Provided support to large multinational companies and on a number of cross-border projects • Liaised with bankers, lawyers and other representatives of targets and clients throughout the deal process
