As a Network Engineer for the Federal Reserve, I was responsible for the support of the WAN / LAN environment. On call rotation included 2 weeks on and 4 weeks off. During my on call rotation, I was responsible for supporting any high severity tickets which included network down and project support. After my on call rotation, I was responsible for project work. This required me to work with local tier 2 Network Support and the Network Operations Center.
As a Network Engineer for BSR I was responsible for the technical design, implementation and support of the BSR LAN/WAN/MAN technical systems and applications. I was also responsible for collaboration with BSHSI Network Operations Center (NOC) in planning the overall BSR network health and design.
As a Network Engineer for ABS I was responsible for planning, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco small business and enterprise equipment while maintaining customer LAN/WAN networks by troubleshooting onsite or via remote support.
