I'm building the community and memberships at Cremorne Digital Hub - a place where Melbourne's ambitious founders get expert mentorship, professional workspace, and curated connections to scale faster. I enjoy connecting with people and helping create memorable experiences. Throughout my career, I've found the most fulfillment in guiding people toward where they want to go. My foundation was built in hospitality, across events, bars, and restaurants, where I learned the value of genuinely looking after others. I take pride in being the difference between a good experience and a great one. That mindset carried into sales and business development, where I focused on understanding what people actually need. Listening closely, translating feedback, and helping businesses respond with clarity and care. Today, as Community & Memberships Coordinator at Cremorne Digital Hub, I bring this same approach to building founder-first experiences. Whether it's connecting someone with the right mentor, facilitating a warm intro to an investor, or just being the person who understands what they're going through - I'm here to make sure founders don't have to figure everything out alone. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring improv, comedy, singing, and cooking. Always experimenting, always refining, and always looking for ways to make the spaces around me just a little bit better. Based in Melbourne. Averaged 80 cold calls & 40 emails per day while sustaining a 12 % connect rate on 20,000 lifetime dials. Frequently ranked #2 of 8 reps on weekly leaderboards for pipeline created and commission earned. Ran 10–20 min discovery calls to assess needs, budget, and timeline before live-transferring prospects to consultants.
