- Takes the lead in gaining insights into regional/cross-rep office strategic customers and industry, develops mid- and long-term strategic opportunities, and assisting local industry development standards and policies. - Develops relationships with high-level customers of strategic clients, and improves customer satisfaction. - Serves as the PD of corporate-level projects, ensures the success of key projects, and makes breakthroughs in projects within the region. - Understands customer requirements, and designs and guides regional-level projects and product portfolio solutions. - Establishes regional/cross-rep office ecosystem partner systems, and develops and enables strategic partners. - Engages in contract business negotiations and project business model design of corporate-level projects to improve profitability.

- Observing the upstream and the downstream and the product life cycle of the plastic products such as straws, plastic lunchbox and plastic bag. - Familiarize with the products and market it online via online platform such as Shopee and Facebook.
