Darren is also responsible for developing long term IT Strategy & strategic direction to transform Digi into a Digital Service Provider, manage the execution of the strategy are well adopted & implemented by technology & business key stake holders. His team of highly caliber architects are responsible to develop IT Blueprints as the detailed roadmaps of IT Strategy under his guidance. His technical specialization includes on IT Operating Model, Digital-Cloud Services, Integrations, OSS, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience Management, IS/IT Infrastructure & Value Added Services domains. He is also developing specialization into BSS domain. He was managing a team of Infrastructure system engineers prior to joining current company whereby he was also the Account IT Architect for a few local major Telecommunication providers.
