Darren Yeh is an expert in organizational strategy, systems change facilitation, and systems mapping. He currently serves as the managing director at Omplexity, where he develops tools and supports organizations in using systems thinking to create systemic impact. Darren's journey began with a focus on global leadership and diplomacy. He was selected for an exchange program at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 2005 and represented Taiwan at the United Nations Global Young Leaders Summit in 2006. In 2010, he was named an International Outstanding Young Ambassador, visiting both the United Nations and the White House. These experiences allowed him to interact with leaders from around the world, giving him a firsthand look at the complexity of global challenges. This insight inspired him to join Dr. Joe Hsueh to advance systems change. At Omplexity, Darren creates both online and in-person tools that help professionals and organizations align their resources for greater systemic impact. His work includes a diverse range of projects, such as Mapping the private wealth system, developing a regenerative farming strategy, and conducting blue carbon research for sustainability. He has also designed and led training programs to help organizations like TSRC Corporation, MSI Technology, and OPPO Electronics become more effective learning organizations. Darren's core vision is to "align resources for systemic impact," creating a future where institutions and wealth holders collaborate to regenerate communities and the planet.
