I help busy professionals in Frankfurt finally build a health and fitness routine they love and trust, once and for all. After over a decade in the fitness industry, I kept seeing the same pattern repeat itself. Lots of people who were successful in their careers somehow couldn't get success with their health and fitness. They either became what we call "Financers" (paying for a gym and never going), or they'd start and stop some random routine, never getting the results or consistency they were looking for. On top of that, the industry isn't helping. New trends, podcasts and opinions every day. People are overwhelmed and don't know who to trust. Everyone knows health and fitness matters. But somehow so many people can't achieve it on their own or with the methods they've tried in the past. That was extremely frustrating for me to watch because I know how simple, enjoyable and uplifting training can be. So in October 2023 I opened UPLIFT in Frankfurt as a solution. Our studio isn't for steroid-taking meatheads (no offence!).
