• Launched Revolut’s Trading product in Europe, UK, USA, Australia • Scoped and managed the end-to-end product requirements for every trading entity globally • Implemented the product localization functionality in conjunction with local FINRA, FCA, and ASIC regulation • Designed and enhanced front-end trading functionality to optimize the customer's experience and product features • Created front-end design flows to support new functionality being developed with Figma • Built and developed stakeholder relationships across various product, operations, legal, and compliance functions • Managed the implementation of the MiFID II regulatory licensing project and requirements • Managed trade surveillance requirements and provided oversight of trade performance, best execution, and market abuse • Created the client asset monitoring, controls, and reporting processes in line with MiFID II regulatory requirements • Designed key metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking systems for Revolut’s trading product
• Leaded the business analysis and project management of large-scale bank migration projects • Consulted with business stakeholders to solve complex system problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommended solutions • Communicated directly with the business on end to end process design; analyzed and documented ‘as-is’ processes and pain points to drive end-to-end ‘to be’ process design • Created detailed requirements documents for defining change request items and working closely with the client to establish priority and potential impacts of change items
• Managed the user acceptance testing (UAT) stage of the development lifecycle and liaised with multiple senior stakeholders to support user engagement and manager sign off • Supported system change processes from requirements through implementation of input-based analysis of information • Consulted with clients to determine system functional specifications and provided user and operational support • Identified and communicated risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current infrastructure and business environment • Conducted fit/gap analysis workshops, investigated, analysed and formulated business ideas and requirements • Collaborated with architects, developers and end-users throughout the agile development lifecycle to ensure a high-quality functional solution • Nominated for Accenture's Best Newcomer Award in the United Kingdom and Ireland
