I'm a Solutions Engineer who enjoys getting things to actually work for the customer. Whether it's scoping an integration, building it out, or smoothing the path to go-live. I've worked on partner and payment integrations, booking systems, and customer onboarding for a smart-parking platform across Malaysia, usually as the person connecting the technical side with the business side.
• Owned the MyTOWN KL integration connecting Dash with Trinergy's mobile app (100,000+ members) and the Placewise CRM — APIs, UAT, partner communication, go-live and client demos. • Delivered an airport pre-booking integration at KL International Airport (Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad); 1,000+ season passes created to date. • Built and led Dash's season-pass portal — renewal, grace and expiry logic, corporate-pass workflows and license-plate uniqueness rules; now serves 3,000+ users in production. • Drove payment and e-invoice integration across the platform — payment-status and callback flows, CHIP e-invoicing, and transaction reconciliation that kept revenue accurate across sites. • Took Dash's product website from concept to launch, owning requirements, budget and developer hiring; coined the brand positioning "Contactless parking made simple." • Hired and managed the tech-ops team that keeps the platform's tooling and alerting running in production.
• Built custom Python tooling, LPR and revenue data pipelines, and a Telegram alerting system that still monitors all 116 sites in production — replacing manual reporting and saving the ops team hours each week. • Helped facilitate the company's first RM 1M raise by introducing the investor. Also ran pre-launch feature testing and server-side operations on Linux during the early build.
